Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single Panda Express store. You will hire, coach and direct associates to hit financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A multi-week Store Leadership Training program will prepare you for success and grow into management roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Able to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified food safety training.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operations for a single Panda Express location, hiring, coaching and directing associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in 3+ weeks of leadership training to prepare you for success.
• Support scheduling, shift coverage, and store performance to ensure smooth operations.
