Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
