Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a single Panda Express store in a dynamic, guest-focused environment. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A multi-week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. We emphasize development through mentorship and a supportive Panda community, with opportunities to grow within a family-owned American Chinese restaurant leader

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
