Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting, staffing, and training employees.
• Participate in merchandising, stocking, and store presentation.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, damages, markdowns, and conducting inventories.
• Ensure in-stock levels meet targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow company procedures for cash handling, security, and store safety.
• Support store opening/closing activities and financial integrity through cash control and deposit procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked environment.
• Analyze sales, labor, and inventory data to identify trends and control expenses.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and timely.
