Qualifications

• Leadership experience required in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience in retail or grocery store operations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead a team.
• Ability to recruit, interview, hire, and counsel employees with legal compliance in mind.
• Knowledge of cash handling, deposit controls and cashier accountability.
• Understanding of inventory management, merchandising, and store operations.

Responsabilités

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and proper pricing of merchandise.
• Oversee inventory management, including damages, markdowns, and audits.
• Maintain in-stock targets through proper ordering.
• Provide customer service leadership to staff and customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in manuals.
• Participate in store opening and closing activities.
• Ensure safe deposit of company funds and cash control.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked stores and safe environment.
• Operate store in manager's absence and monitor business trends.
