Job summary

You will recruit, hire and train staff, assign tasks, maintain a clean and well-stocked site, and uphold company standards while presenting a professional image. You will develop supplier relationships, resolve customer issues promptly, supervise safety procedures, manage communications, organize records, and analyze daily sales to maximize profits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties, responsibilities and working in the conditions described below.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR/ASM description.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR/ASM description.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory control, cash control, notices, etc.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to ensure the site is clean, stocked, organized and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees within Company guidelines to maximize customer service and site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training and counseling.
