Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a capable leader for its Great Lakes BU – Region 01 – Market 02 at 7296 W Main St, Westmoreland, NY.

The role focuses on staffing, training, and maintaining a welcoming, well-stocked store that meets company standards and delivers excellent customer service. You will schedule staff, supervise daily operations, resolve issues with customers and suppliers, and train employees on safety and policies.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on site procedures.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train store employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule staff to maximize customer service and maintain site image.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Train employees on safety procedures and company standards.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, displayed and priced correctly.
• Maintain and organize store files and ensure required posters/signs are present.
