Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train employees and manage site operations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation to/from meetings.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule staff and ensure the site is clean, stocked, and well kept.
• Supervise and train staff on equipment and procedures.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and maintain site image.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
