Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Manager at our Phoenix, AZ location to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will manage scheduling, training, and performance, while upholding Circle K standards for merchandising and safety.

The role requires strong leadership, retail experience, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. A valid driver's license is expected for bank and management meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment and materials listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Able to use a computer for reports, inventory, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep site clean, stocked and well-kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
