• Ability to communicate in English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees while upholding customer service standards.
• Schedule staff and manage site image and stocking levels.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Train employees on safety procedures and company standards.
• Communicate effectively with team and Market Manager.
• Organize files and ensure reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Analyze daily sales and assist in financial controls.
