Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train per CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use a computer for reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Plan tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Maintain a professional and supportive image among staff.
• Schedule employees to maximize service.
• Apply non-discriminatory management in hiring and training.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers.
• Promote service and resolve complaints promptly.
• Foster a safe, positive public image in the community.
• Prepare performance appraisals in writing with feedback.
• Train staff on customer service, site image and marketing execution.
• Train on safety procedures and promote safety.
• Ensure timely and clear company communications.
• Hold periodic meetings with staff and Market Manager.
• Evaluate action plans to reach site objectives.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals.
• Supervise reports, merchandise stocking and pricing accuracy.
• Ensure employment posters are visible.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Budget and forecast P&L and margins.
• Safeguard cash and financial controls.
• Conduct additional financial analyses as needed.
