Starting wage is $29.50 per hour with an earning potential of $86,000–$106,500 in year one, including bonus where applicable, with travel to multiple locations as part of the trainee program.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel to achieve results.
• Plan and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns with the district manager as needed.
• Interview candidates and recommend for advancement.
• Manage schedules, payroll, and compliance with policies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and policy standards.
• Lead team to achieve KPI goals and budgets.
