Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred for certain roles.

Responsibilities

• Learn duties of Store Manager role and develop leadership skills.
• Recruit, hire, and develop store team members.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service and manage store operations.
• Oversee scheduling, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Coordinate with district/regional leadership to improve store performance.
• Assist in budgeting, payroll analysis, and sales forecasting.
