Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or farming/ranching/pet/equine knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred; 18+ with valid driver’s license.
• Education: High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred; combination considered.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, develop, evaluate, discipline and retain effective team members.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service and greet customers to uncover needs and provide solutions.
• Manage daily store operations including scheduling, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Lead by example to create an inclusive, welcoming store environment reflecting community diversity.
• Coordinate with District/Regional managers to improve processes and solve problems.
• Train on payroll, budgeting, sales forecasting, and annual performance reviews.
• Oversee paperwork, invoices, orders, returns, and distribution of required reports.
• Support district managers and other store managers on district initiatives.
