Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Manager Trainee to learn the Store Manager role while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience and leading a team. You will drive sales, manage inventory, and partner with leadership to optimize store operations.

You will develop people skills, scheduling, merchandising, and budget awareness as you rotate through daily responsibilities across departments, with growth toward store leadership.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Agricultural-Science or Business preferred.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, hire, develop, evaluate, discipline, and retain team members.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend, Add Value.
• Schedule and organize daily activities to ensure efficient store operations.
• Lead and motivate team to provide a Legendary shopping experience and competitive edge.
• Communicate policies to team; coordinate with District/Regional Managers to resolve issues.
• Learn sales and profit management; support budgeting and inventory control.
