Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee who will lead store operations, develop teams, and drive results in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll learn to manage stocking, merchandising, customer service, and store standards while leading from the front.

Through hands-on leadership experience, you’ll gain exposure to budgeting, scheduling, and staff development as you prepare to run your own store, with guidance from district leaders and a strong training program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience and prior management experience.
• Willing to travel within divisional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead store personnel and communicate performance expectations.
• Develop action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager.
• Interview candidates and recommend for advancement.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and safety standards.
• Plan and conduct meetings and manage weekly schedules.
