Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel to achieve targets and high performance.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns in coordination with the district manager.
• Interviews candidates and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages scheduling, labor costs, and payroll adherence.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Drives sales and customer satisfaction through teamwork and leadership.
