Job summary

ALDI USA seeks a Store Manager Trainee in Maryland to run daily store operations, develop teams, and lead from the front in a fast-paced environment.

The program includes hands-on leadership development, stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store standards, with travel to multiple locations as needed. Starting wage is $35.50/hour and Year 1 earnings potential ranges from $112,500 to $121,500 including bonus where applicable.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and manage store operations to meet KPI goals.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel to achieve targets.
• Develops action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district oversight as needed.
• Interviews candidates and supports district manager in staffing decisions.
• Ensures compliance with store policies and safety regulations.
