ALDI USA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to develop the leadership skills necessary to run a store. This program offers hands-on training, mentorship from experienced leaders, and a clear path to store management responsibilities across our U.S. network.

The role requires dedication to operational excellence, customer service, and building a positive team culture. Starting wage is $27.25 per hour with a potential annual earnings of up to $98,000 in Year 1, depending on location and bonus

Qualifications

• Experience managing store personnel and leading teams.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel within division.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel to achieve KPI targets.
• Plans and executes action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager.
• Interviews candidates and recommends promotions.
• Maintains schedules, inventory procedures, and cash handling policies.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Trains and develops staff using provided materials.
• Fosters teamwork and a positive work environment.
