Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural-Science or Business related field preferred; any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, hiring, developing, evaluating, disciplining, and retaining efficient team members.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover Needs & Wants, Recommend Product Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
• Create a welcoming environment and promote DEI across Team Members, Customers, Suppliers and Communities.
• Schedule, organize, and plan daily activities for team members to ensure efficient store operations.
• Lead team members to deliver a Legendary shopping experience that differentiates from the competition.
• Communicate company processes, policies, and directives to team members and coordinate with District/Regional Managers to solve problems.
• Learn to create a desirable work environment through promotions, recognition, and empowerment.
• Problem solving and conflict resolution for team members and customers.
• Learn sales and profit management – accountable for top and bottom line.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Manage daily merchandise flow to ensure in-stock and inventory controls.
• Learn merchandising resets to company specifications on a periodic basis.
• Implement and sustain merchandise presentation per company standards.
• Evaluate competitive environment with Operations and Merchandising teams.
