Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Manager Trainee to learn the duties of the Store Manager role and develop the skills required for advancement. You will focus on delivering a Legendary Customer Experience while building a strong team and driving store performance.

As you progress, you will gain hands-on experience in inventory management, sales leadership, budgeting, and merchandising. This role requires commitment, flexibility, and a readiness to lead by example in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Retail experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma; bachelor's in Agricultural Science or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn duties of Store Manager and develop required skills.
• Lead recruiting, hiring, development, evaluation, and retention.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service per GURA framework.
• Supervise daily store operations, inventory, and merchandising.
• Schedule and plan daily activities for the team.
