Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural-Science or Business related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, hiring, developing, evaluating, disciplining, and retaining efficient team members.
• Delivering on our promise of Legendary Customer Service through GURA.
• Greet the Customer and uncover needs.
• Recommend product solutions and add value.
• Create a welcoming environment with diversity and inclusion across the team and store.
• Schedule, organize and plan daily activities for team members.
• Lead team to deliver a Legendary shopping experience.
• Communicate processes and directives to team members and coordinate with district/region leadership.
• Train on budgeting, forecasting, and payroll analysis.
• Manage inventory and merchandise flow; support price changes and supplier communication.
