Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Manager Trainee to learn the duties of the Store Manager position and develop the skills required to lead a team, drive sales, and deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

You will recruit and develop staff, manage inventory, budgets, and schedules, and coordinate with District/Regional Managers to optimize store operations. This role requires strong leadership and a commitment to customer service.

Formación

• Experience in retail or related field preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
