The Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Store Manager Trainee in Idaho Falls to learn the duties of a Store Manager and develop the skills to lead a team. You will focus on Legendary Customer Service, inventory and profit management, and building a strong team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates have retail experience and supervisory exposure, with a high school diploma or higher; a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural-Science or Business is a plus.

Formación

• Retail experience preferred; supervisory exposure advantageous.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Education considered with equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, hire, develop, evaluate, discipline, and retain team members.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service and drive sales growth.
• Manage inventory, budgets, and daily store operations.
• Schedule and lead the team to ensure excellent in-store experience.
• Coordinate promotions, merchandising, and safety compliance.
