Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or Bachelor’s in Agricultural Science or Business preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver Legendary Customer Service to customers.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain team members.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and sales analysis.
• Manage inventory and ensure in-stock levels and availability.
• Promote a safe, productive work environment and lead by example.
• Coordinate with HR, District/Regional managers as needed.
