FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to accelerate into Store Management. You will help lead day-to-day operations, train staff, recruit top talent, and work to meet financial goals in a fast-paced jewelry and general merchandise environment.

The role offers a base hourly wage plus commission and a store-performance bonus. Eligible for Earned Wage Access and a 401(k) program after six months.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems and common office machines.
• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Store Manager Trainee will work 45+ hours a week.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner and rapidly addressing customer issues.
• Monitor and assist in the training of Pawnbrokers so their development meets the prescribed FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent by sourcing candidates through company-prescribed channels.
• Opens and closes the store, including counting cash drawers and merchandise, and ensuring all procedures are followed to protect assets.
• Ensures asset protection through inventory control, property safety procedures, documentation, and securing customer loans.
• Administer processes and procedures within the store, including inventory, loan management, merchandising, store presentation, store systems, and enterprise-level reporting.
• Evaluate the store's financial statements and drive profitability through communication and goal-setting.
• Communicate clearly with employees to ensure they understand the store’s mission and profit objectives.
• Remain up-to-date on product knowledge.
• The Assistant Store Manager acts as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
