FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to join our team in a dynamic retail environment.

You will partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop staff, recruit top talent, and drive profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction across jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms in FFL locations. The role offers an hourly wage with commissions based on productivity and bonuses tied to store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail management experience.
• Willing to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor and assist in the training of Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent by sourcing candidates through prescribed channels.
• Open and close the store, count cash drawers and merchandise, protect assets.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control and secure loans.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, store systems and reporting.
• Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability through communication and goal-setting.
• Communicate store mission and objectives to employees.
