Responsibilities

• Manage profitable operation of a retail store with focus on recruiting, hiring and developing associates in operations and merchandising.
• Perform all opening and closing procedures.
• Implement operational and merchandising direction from Store Support Center.
• Maintain high merchandising standards, signage and attractive displays.
• Assist in achieving store’s maximum profit contribution.
• Protect company assets and deliver high customer service.
• Engage in problem solving: associate development, sales potential, expense control, display, signage.
