Circle K Stores Inc. in West Lebanon, NH is seeking a Manager in Training to develop leadership skills while overseeing daily store operations. You will recruit, hire, and train staff, schedule shifts, and ensure excellent customer service, stock levels, and store presentation.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory ability, and a commitment to safety and company standards. This position is full-time and on-site, with opportunities for advancement within our Northeast region.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff to meet Company standards.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule staff to maximize service and maintain store image.
• Ensure the site is clean, stocked and properly displayed.
• Manage daily operations and financials including cash handling and reports.
• Communicate effectively with team and management.
• Ensure safety and compliance with Company policies.
