Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Supervise and train staff per CSR/ASM duties.
• Use computer for reports, inventory, cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.
• English communication skills (oral/written).
• Willing to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure customer service.
• Assign tasks to keep site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisor.
• Promote safe, positive public image within the community.
• Develop relationships with suppliers.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals in writing.
• Train employees on safety and company standards.
• Communicate timely with staff and Market Manager.
• Organize site files and ensure reports are completed.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, displayed and priced correctly.
