Job summary

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees and ensure excellent customer service
• Schedule staff to maximize service and maintain store image
• Develop professional relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback
• Organize store files, manage reports and ensure accurate pricing and displays
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and safeguard funds
• Work indoors and outdoors as needed, including parking lot and pump areas
