Qualifications

• Retail experience is required.
• Supervision or management experience preferred.
• Experience in recruiting/hiring/interviewing.
• Experience handling food is a plus.
• High School or College degree(s) required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with overseeing Stationstore operations.
• Help hire, supervise and lead staff to complete daily tasks.
• Maintain bookkeeping and merchandising standards.
• Provide fast, friendly customer service and daily on-site attendance.
• Implement the food program and lead by example with urgency and leadership.
