Job summary

truenorth Convenience Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, drive profitability, and manage a team in a fast-paced environment. You will hire, train, schedule, coach, and develop staff while ensuring adherence to company standards for service, safety, and presentation.

You will oversee inventory, labor, cash controls, and maintenance, reporting to the Zone Manager and aligning with business goals for exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service or cashier experience.
• Previous experience supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to store team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Maintain fast, friendly, and clean store environment meeting True North standards.
• Oversee staffing, inventory, labor, cash controls, safety, and facility maintenance.
• Achieve operational, financial, and customer service goals as primary liaison with Zone Manager.
• Lead, coach, and develop staff to meet performance expectations.
