truenorth Convenience Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, staff, and customer service in an exempt, full-time role. You will drive profitability, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and policy standards while delivering a fast, friendly guest experience.

You will report to the Zone Manager and oversee inventory, cash controls, and maintenance, while building a high-performing team dedicated to brand standards and local market success.

Qualificações

• Must lead and manage store operations independently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Experience supervising others and developing staff is expected.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 45 hours per week and on-call.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
• Minimum age to sell alcohol: 18 in OH, MI, WI; 21 in IL.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service per company standards.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and readiness.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop staff.
• Oversee staffing, schedules, and labor budgets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Oversee banking procedures and deposits as needed.
