Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail management experience.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading store operations across front-end and pharmacy.
• Shadow Store Manager to gain proficiency in merchandising, loss prevention, and inventory
• Develop and coach team members to improve customer service and store performance.
