FirstCash is seeking a Store Manager Trainee in Naples, FL. A minimum of six months of Store Management experience is required. You will support day-to-day store operations, lead staff, and work toward promoting into a Store Manager role.

The position offers an hourly wage with opportunity to earn commissions based on productivity and store performance, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Typical hours run around a 9 AM–6 PM schedule with some locations closed on Sundays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail management experience.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment and address customer issues.
• Monitor and assist in training staff to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
