Job summary

This role offers an hourly wage with commission based on productivity and a store-performance bonus; pay varies by location and experience, with benefits and Earned Wage Access.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of Store Management experience or equivalent leadership in retail.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Train Pawnbrokers and recruit top talent.
• Open and close the store and safeguard assets.
• Monitor loans and inventory; manage merchandising and store systems.
• Analyze financial statements and drive profitability; communicate goals to staff.
• Act as manager on duty when the Store Manager is away.
