Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a Store Manager Trainee in Round Rock, TX. This role targets individuals with limited Store Manager exposure who aspire to advance to Store Manager, with a base hourly wage and commission based on productivity plus store performance bonuses.

The position requires at least six months of store-management experience, physical agility for daily tasks, and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years management level experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Firearms handling/certification ability.
• Store management exposure and leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day operations and staff development.
• Recruit and retain talent; oversee cash handling and asset protection.
• Open/close the store and manage inventory, loans, and merchandising.
• Analyze financial statements and drive store profitability.
