Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a Store Manager Trainee in Texas with at least six months of store management experience. The role offers an hourly wage between $13 and $25 and a pathway to Store Manager.

You will support daily store operations, training, and customer service leadership while earning commission based on performance. You must be ready to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and participate in Earned Wage Access, tuition reimbursement, and 401(k) plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail management experience.
• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor and assist in the training of staff to meet company standards.
• Recruit top talent and manage scheduling and shift coverage.
• Open/close the store and safeguard assets and cash handling.
• Analyze store financials to support profitability and meet goals.
• Provide leadership in absence of the Store Manager and ensure smooth daily operations.
