Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to progress into Store Management. The role requires a minimum of six months of store management exposure, supervising staff, cash handling, and a strong customer‑centric approach.

You’ll partner with the Store Manager to lead daily operations, recruit and retain talent, and drive financial performance. Compensation includes hourly pay plus commission based on productivity and a store‑level bonus.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 6 months of store management or trainee experience preferred.
• Requires ability to supervise and develop staff in a retail setting.
• Includes handling firearms certification where applicable at FFL locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-centric store operations and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in recruiting and training associates to meet FirstCash standards.
• Open/close store, manage cash drawers, and protect assets.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and loan management processes.
• Drive profitability through sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate store goals and policies to the team.
