Job summary

ALDI is seeking a Store Manager Trainee in Monroe, CT. This full-time role leads store operations, drives results, andDevelops teams through hands-on leadership while working with associates in a fast-paced setting.

The program includes comprehensive training and opportunities for advancement, with a starting wage of $31.75 per hour and a potential first-year earnings of about $113,500 including bonus where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail and management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports to ensure desired results; leads and develops store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans using company provided resources to improve operating results.
• Oversees appropriate resolution of employee and customer concerns, aligning with the district manager, as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel, including recommending personnel for advancement and termination as appropriate.
