ALDI is seeking a Store Manager Trainee in Derby, CT to run daily operations and develop leadership capabilities. You will supervise staff, participate in merchandising, customer service, and store standards while preparing to manage a full store.

The role offers extensive training and progression within a fast-paced retail environment. The program emphasizes hands-on leadership, in-store development, and achievement of KPI goals, with a starting wage of $31.75 per hour and a potential earnings

Qualifications

• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results using provided resources.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns, aligning with district manager as needed.
