Job summary

The role offers a starting wage of $31.75 per hour and a clear path to higher earning with performance, including potential Year 1 earnings of about $113,500 (salary plus bonus where applicable).

Qualifications

• 18 years or older required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports and helps develop store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager guidance.
• Interviews candidates and makes recommendations for staffing.
• Manages personnel, including advancement and termination decisions.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures and maintains store standards.
