Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years retail management experience or HS diploma with 5+ years in management.
• Fluent English reading/writing/speaking; willingness to flexible schedule.
• Willingness to transfer to Walgreens locations within same hiring area.

Responsabilités

• Learn Walgreens operations and complete accelerated Store Manager development plan.
• Shadow Store Manager to lead front-end and pharmacy operations.
• Engage customers, resolve complaints, coach team for improved service metrics.
