Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail management experience is desirable.
• Ability to lead a team and drive results in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

• Communicates expectations to direct reports and leads store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and makes recommendations to district manager.
• Manages personnel including advancement and termination as appropriate.
• Ensures compliance with policies, safety regulations and company standards.
• Plans and conducts store team meetings and management reviews.
• Produces weekly schedules and monitors expenses, inventory, and cash handling.
