Job summary

LOFT in The Villages, FL is seeking a Store Manager to lead the customer and associate experiences while driving store profitability through strong leadership, service and operations. You will coach a team to deliver exceptional customer connections, manage daily operations, execute omnichannel initiatives, and foster an inclusive, community-focused store environment.

This role requires 2+ years in retail management, hospitality mindset, and a track record of achieving results through teamwork

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail store management or service industry experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
• Strong people management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Technology proficiency, including operating a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen with ability to develop strategies and action plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer and associate experiences to drive in-store performance.
• Coach and develop store team through training and feedback.
• Oversee omnichannel shopping experiences using technology.
• Hire and build an effective store team through recruitment and coaching.
• Manage day-to-day operations including opening and closing the store.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term retail plans.
• Analyze reports to drive store profitability and payroll.
