LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager at Store 1658-Augusta Mall, Augusta, GA. You will lead on the sales floor, coach associates, and cultivate a customer-focused culture that reflects the LOFT brand.

As a store leader, you’ll engage customers, drive results, and support talent development while fostering an inclusive team environment. This regular/full-time role emphasizes hospitality, technology use, and strong business acumen.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
