Job summary

Spirit Halloween seeks a store leader to drive profitability through exceptional guest service and efficient store operations. You will oversee daily activity, manage merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and the teardown of a seasonal store.

The role requires a minimum of 21 years of age, flexible scheduling, and prior retail management experience, with physical demands including long hours on your feet and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Job description

Position

Hourly rate ranges from $24.13 - $24.38 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and be accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses.
• Responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
