Crosby’s Stores is seeking a Team Leader to oversee daily store operations in New York. This hands-on role focuses on people, performance, and profitability while delivering a welcoming, high-energy environment for customers and staff.

You will recruit, train, and coach the team, manage scheduling, and drive sales and efficiency. The position requires a strong operational mindset and a commitment to food safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of fast food/retail management experience.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation for position requirements.
• Serve Safe certification, preferred.
• Ability to work all shifts with a minimum of 46 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of fast food/retail management experience
• Valid Driver’s license
• Reliable transportation for position requirements (e.g., meetings, banking)
• Serve Safe certification, preferred
• Ability to utilize basic business math and accounting skills, computer skills and strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Possess strong supervisory and organizational skills
• Must be able to work all shifts - weekends and holidays based on business needs; this position requires a minimum of 46 hours per week
