Crosby’s Stores is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to oversee daily store operations in New York. You will lead a team, ensure excellent customer experiences, and drive profitability in a fast-paced environment.

• At least 2 years of fast food/retail management experience.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Reliable transportation for position requirements (e.g., meetings, banking).

• Ability to utilize basic business math and accounting skills, computer skills and strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Possess strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work all shifts - weekends and holidays based on business needs; this position requires a minimum of 46 hours per week.

What You'll Do:

Leading Your Team

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop store associates and assistant team leadership
• Create schedules and ensure proper staffing levels
• Coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable

Delivering Outstanding Customer Experience

• Ensure every customer receives fast, friendly, and high-quality service
• Maintain store cleanliness, product availability, and brand standards

Driving Store Performance

• Manage inventory, food costs, and ordering
